Warranty lasts 2 years at EuDirect Shop. Most of the Chinese smartphone companies and shops offer a 1-year limited warranty. The additional 12 months are offered by EuDirect Shop. In the case of factory’s fault, it is necessary to contact our warranty support by telling us your Order number, Defect, Brand and model of the device and IMEI number of the device. In the case of a defect during the warranty period, you will need to send your device for repair to one of our partner service centers. Then, the center will check the possibility to repair the device by themselves or, as an alternative, the device will be sent to the official repair center in China. There, the official repair center will repair the phone and will unquestionably consider if the damage is due to a wrong use or to a factory fault. According to this evaluation, the repair will be done under warranty or not. If the defect is caused due to the misuse of the device (water damage, broken screen, etc.), the repair may imply additional costs and an estimate will be sent to the customer. In case the customer accepts, the device will be repaired. If the estimated is rejected by the customer, the smartphone will be sent back unrepaired.
The necessary times for a warranty procedure vary from a minimum of 15 days to a maximum of 90 days. This varies according to several reasons. If the repair can be done directly at the partner service center, times are shorter.

The customer can return the goods within 14 days from the delivery date. The reasons for a return may vary but our policy does not allow, in any case, that the product is used or tested and then returned to us. The product must be returned as brand-new with no use or wear signs, both for the device itself and for the box and its accessories. Any sign detected will be judged and the amount will be deducted from the final refund. We won’t be able to offer a full refund to you if something is missing in the box or if the product has been used or tested. Customer will have to pay the shipping cost for return package and we will offer a full refund of the item. Please note that the shipping cost which was charged to you is non-refundable.
After we receive the product back from you, the refund will be issued within 2-5 working days.
